*Orders will be sent to the Paypal shipping address. (Unless indicated)

*We will not be responsible for packages not shipped with insurance. Postal receipts will be provided upon request to prove shipment.

If you purchased insurance for your package and it got lost in transit, we will help you file a claim to Canadapost for the money back. According to Canadapost, we are only allowed to file a claim 45 days from the date of shipment with receipts. (Please see website for more details: www.canadapost.ca) so by purchasing insurance, we will help you file a claim and Canadapost will be responsible for issuing you back your money. If insurance is not purchased, there is nothing we can do about it and Canadapost will not issue money back to you.
